Clemson's QB Bryant Transferring

My 2 questions is, 1, can he transfer to Louisville next season and 2, does he have to sit out a year (IF) he was to come to Louisville?

My understanding is that he’s a senior with 1 year eligibility remaining. If he graduates, he will be able to transfer and play immediately.

Dabo may not let him transfer to another ACC school. Not sure abou that. Also do you really want a kid that can’t handle competition?

I might be wrong but under the new NCAA transfer rules I don’t believe he will have to sit out a year

No he will not have to sit out since he played in under 4 games at Clemson

He ought to be able to transfer anywhere he wants. I think UCLA might be a good landing spot.
