Got some deodorant on his jersey number. 
On a middle school note. The 5-0 Burns Middle football team visits the 5-0 Kings Mountain Middle School team. This is for the #1 seed in their division. Both teams have been pretty dominant in arriving here. Both teams have some fantastic young talent lining up for them. I’ve heard a lot about the quarterback and running back for Burns Middle so I can’t wait to see them. It should be a great ballgame.
You unfortunately will not see one of the two. I’ll leave it at that.
I’ve also heard great things about KM. Even with the unfortunate circumstances I think it will be a great game.

I think most in the know already knew Burns would have a tough battle today. Starting QB Case Bralley broke his collarbone last week vs NL. Sucks he couldn’t finish out his season and that offense needed him. KM was already going to be a very tough game. They are solid on both sides of the ball. I think KM plays either Shelby or Crest Next week as the one seed and Burns will play whoever KM doesn’t play between the two.

Burns Middle has a good group. Missing their qb hurt but the running back is good as advertised. Burns let the game get away from them early but once they settled down you could see the potential. Both of the teams are likely to see each other again in the County championship game.
Both teams have a lot of promise moving forward. I wanted to see how we matched up with Bralley in but injuries happen and it’s an unfortunate part of the game. The offense goes as he does but hopefully they can get back to the Championship and maybe these two put on a classic at the end. KM has some great size and athleticism. The pipeline isn’t drying up anytime soon at the high school level for either program.
I wanted the see the qb. We all heard how good he and the running back are. I hate that happened with the injury. I think Burns is in a good spot talent pipeline wise for the next several years.
Both of the youth leagues in Kings Mountain are flourishing at the same time which is a first. Every single team from the KM jv on down to the pop warner and youth leagues are doing really well.

Listening to Burns on KTC.... sounds like there is some questionable non-refereeing going on... 
Been the way with Cramer for years. Have to beat them and the refs and that isn’t easy. Don’t let the scores from last few years fool you.
Do these refs have a freaking clue? It's hard to really tell how big a fiasco it is just from audio because the KTC guys are clueless as to what is going on.
It’s worse than the radio. This crew doesn’t have a damn clue. Can’t even signal the play or clock.

It just makes the games suck with the horrible officiating.
I will say the officials for the Crest game were outstanding
Didn’t notice them at all
3 total penalties all game for both teams
2 on SP , 1 on Crest
Refs these days are wanting to be seen and be the show

This young man in this photo was an absolute beast last night. Damn near unstoppable. 5 tds and close to 300 tds. Had a 78 yd td called back as well as several other substantial runs. Could have easily had 400... Lookin
