Coach Lloyd is a good man. He is one of the very few head varsity coaches that I’ve seen volunteer to run the chains in youth football games when he didn’t even have a child playing. Great stuff.
I love that he mentioned all of the young talent in CC because there is alot of it. The 10th, 9th, and 8th grade CC classes combined are the deepest that I’ve seen with high end talent spread throughout the county. If you haven’t seen the young kids I advise people to get out and see what’s coming up to these programs. Size, speed, and athleticism everywhere.

Some more of the young talent is looking now, unfortunately. From what I am hearing, its some issues with coaches(not all football and AD).
Press Conference to name the new football coach will be Friday at 3:30 in the auditorium at Crest.

Every school in the county copies or tries to mirror almost everything we do so no need to have envy for bigger sausages in our part of the county.

Can you remember the last time we blocked a punt when we needed it to change the game, it was a normal occurrence during Barnes' term here.
Im not being critical of anyone but sometime I got the impression we played special teams just because we had to.
Barnes used special teams so good they had to change a rule because of him.

GW has actually been recruiting the County pretty good with the new regime. I like that GW has started building relationships with CC coaches.
