Crest gonna lose….but major respect for playing a monster program like Weddington. It’s a different world, almost different sport than playing the teams that win 5-7 games per year. Most other teams don’t have a set to do this.

I can't believe I'm saying this but, good luck Crest against Weddington. May be because I have a grandson at Crest Middle !
First time I ever saw them play was down at Catholic, I drove down and hung out with Footsoldier... Good dude... Weddington was horrible back then, like Bessemer City horrible

Back in 2004 me and a friend were driving down I40 toward Raleigh (Duke) We were playing SWO and Catholic was playing Western Alamance. We were talking about meeting that crazy Footsoldier for the first time and rolled up by a Ford Ranger driving like 40mph, I looked over and the driver had an airplane bottle in his left hand holding the steering wheel, and was turning up another one in his right hand.. We died laughing and kept on driving . I told my pal, "Wouldnt that be hilarious if that was Footsolider" and SURE ENOUGH it was... He was liquored up the entire day and we had a blast
