I don't know much about the Hurricanes other than they are the defending State Champ runner-up with 3 returning 1,000 yard rushers. They are currently 0-3 with losses to Princeton, Ayden-Grifton and Croatan. The Horses won their second game of the season with a 41-12 victory over J.F. Webb and will be looking to downgrade the Hurricanes. Maxpreps only showing a roster of 23 for Pamlico, so depth may be a big problem for them. Clinton rolls, then heads to Concord for the first of two huge road games before league play.

We should handle business kinda sad our first 3 opponents have a combined record of 0-10 but hey you line up and play who's on your schedule dont think anyone saw EB being that bad and PC sounds like they have depth issues.....offensively would like to see more of what we saw in the 2nd half vs Webb think only 2 penalties in the 2nd half after what 12 in the first half gotta clean that up or those trips to Concord and Jacksonville are going to really long coming home defense continues to be solid as ever led by Kaba and company 1st string hasnt given up a score so far....always fun to play a team im pretty sure we never played before.....Clinton rolls 35-7
We dont control how other teams perform....we only can control what we do the Coach and AD didnt schedule 3 0-3 teams on purpose

Yeah that was some bad intel...they only return 1 junior S. Tutt the other guy Lovick transferred to New Bern...other leading rushers was the QB who graduated and another guy Jones who isnt on the roster this year according to maxpreps
Pamlico has a quick physical group of linebackers they call the “fire ants”. Could be problematic. Horses can be particularly susceptible to fire ant bites

Agreed with only 23 or so on the roster and already being a smal 1A school probably most if not all they main guys going both ways...we have the size and the depth in the backfield....defensively just keep doing what we been doing

And gametime is 7pm alil different from first 2 home games spread the word so their is no confusion.....all black everything Friday Night hopefully my new shirt from the team store gets here sometime this week
That’s awesome. Lots of future NFL players/fans on those teams for sure. Almost looks like they’re running in double speed. Pamlico only runs in single speed, which could be bad for them

That's pretty much what Murphy did. They were big and strong. As FB is my Life told goob this team is not nearly as good or talented as last years. Clinton by as much as they want.
Yeah i think next week we finally get to see what we really made of...actually next 3 games Central Cabarrus,Northside,and East Duplin contender or pretender....we shall see but for now the next game is the biggest game
Offensively good half doing what we are suppose to do would like to see some more consistency with the passing game on a lesser team but backs have ran hard only think we had 1 or 2 penalties......defense has gave up 2 scores not sure how many subs were in there but Pamlico has passed the ball very well and they run those counters and misdirections very well clearly outgunned but impressed with how they fight.....halftime score is Clinton 35 Pamlico County 14

56-14 now midway thru 3rd Clinton turns a couple turnovers into points quickly

Nothing to brag about here i saw some things im continue to be pleased with and i saw some things that kinda worries me but at the end of the day its a win good to see some younger guys and 2nd/3rd team guys get some shine tonight now its on to Central Cabarrus...one game at a time get %1 better GO HORSES
