The Chuck's really hosed me last week.
Batavia - bounce back game. Tough luck for NN

Warren - GBN can't catch a break. Will be 11 in a row if not more for them

Kaneland - I think this will actually be a tough game, but Kaneland wins in the end.

Lake Park - Don't like this. At. All.

St Charles East - fast start before conference play

St Charles North - should be a fun one. Think they are more prepared for this game after facing Palatine last week.

Lake Forest - Sneaky good game here as well.

WWS - Don't see them really getting tested until the Batavia and SCN games.

Batavia - I think it'll be a better game than people are expecting.

Warren - GBN has apparently fallen on hard times

Kaneland - what happened with Geneva? Seems like they were just battling Batavia as their main rival

Lake Park - who knows really? I still have never seen LP and am not sure they actually exist

St. Chuck E - people were predicting the Saints' demise but they look alive

'Brook - Raiders pull off the massive upset

LF - WN fans probably hate me

Lockport - the SWSC is great. Nah I'm just kidding I have WWS winning this one

Metea Valley @ Lake Park: Lake Park gets a rare early season W

Carmel @ St Charles East: Long trip for the Corsairs. StE with a very strong W last week.

Bolingbrook @ St Charles North: Great match up. Going with StN is a close one.

Lake Forest @ Wheaton North: Two very similar teams so I gotta go with who has the biggest X factor and that's LF

WWS @ Lockport: This would have been the game of the week a decade or so ago. I think Lockport is improving, but WWS is just better

-GBN, You should schedule easier games. Warren will take care of business here.

Kaneland @ Geneva
-Kaneland is a smaller school, but has lots of talent with multiple guys going both ways.

Metea Valley @ Lake Park
-Lake Park will win, but it’s not gonna be lopsided. Metea will be starting their RB Wilcox at QB this week. Wildcat all day. Metea has 7-8 guys going both ways and they only had 32 guys dressed last week. For a school with 2600 students, they will turn it around over the next few years.

Carmel @ St Charles East
-SCE is a boring team and Will win, but by less than 10. Good thing its not Mount Carmel.

Bolingbrook @ St Charles North
-Despite the fact that SCN is overrated, they’ll Probably win this one. It’s basically a pickem, but I still think they’ll win at home.

Lake Forest @ Wheaton North
-Football in Dupage County is far better than the North Shore. WN will win at home and go into the DuKane at 2-0.

WWS @Lockport
-This one’s gonna get ugly...Quickly...WWS in a yawner.

You guys just schedule the most competitive non-con games. Games that you could win or lose even though playoffs aren't a given. That's the best type of scheduling.

Yes kaneland is a smaller school. But as far as multiple players going both ways there's really only three or four and they get plenty of rest with quality backups. This team should surprise a lot of people..

Yup. Having 3-4 2 way players is becoming more common even at larger schools. Seems like Kaneland has some good talent.

Never said average, both teams are good is what I meant by similar.. Sorry, I was just trying to back the DuKane conference, I will try to be more sensitive going forward..
