I’m the furthest thing from a women’s basketball fan bc most the Kentucky High school sweet 16 teams would beat the majority if not all of the top 10 women’s teams in a 7 game series….
I say that to set to give a frame of reference to the next statement; I’m legit looking forward to watching this team and I can count the number of womens games I’ve watched on a single hand. The womens game is all about having team size and good big men and we seem to have that.
While I don’t love women’s basketball as an overall sport…I DO love winning and I’ll cheer for anything with Kentucky across the chest…and I think Brooks has a good chance to take us to final 4s

Every other level of basketball plays by quarters I just wish they would give it a trial run.
She’s really good I like Key and Silva too. The one thing for sure is we are going to have some size for a change.

Today is the first day either men or women can play a regular game. I doubt if there are any more games scheduled with both the men and women home the same day. I think you will see better crowds at Memorial in the future. Heck, the volleyball team usually draws a better crowd than what was at Memorial tonight.
