This guy has to stay in Lincoln for as long as possible. Can't be outbid for top assistant coaching talent. Only reason for him to ever leave is a huge promotion

I think he plans on staying in Lincoln for awhile with his son transferring here.

I don't think he will leave Nebraska until an NFL team calls.
