Coach K & Duke Evacuated !

[Runt#1969]

Evacuated before the court storming after the NC State upset. Got the cops in to protect K & the Floppers (that flop from Winslow *at least i think it was Winslow, right ? - should be remembered as yet another epic flop). Duke loses the game, and in the last minute, when it's imminent that they're about to get the court stormed on them because the crowd is coming down out of their seats to line up and take their spots for rushing the court, call the refs over to make sure you got the evacuation plans down! LOL

Last few seconds, 5 seconds to go - after the last Duke made free throws - make sure to stop the game again (ref blowing the whistle and pointing for the Duke players to move over to the side of the court where they will be protected) and make sure everything is set for them to get on the court and jump up and down. In bounds the ball and then let the mayhem ensue!

Imagine that, Coach K & Duke copying Coach Roy Williams & UNC** wussing out and getting things setup so they can survive the court storming. HAHAHA !

Perfectly choreographed to the last second.

Definitely, genius move, but I think he could've and SHOULD'VE done much, much more. I mean, c'mon! I'm surprised they didn't stop the game long enough to call in the national guard and have guys with machine guns and body shields there at Coach K's side to protect them. Make sure he gets the memo on this for the next time...

After nearly getting at least one of our players trampled at IU, I have no problem with it. Someone is going to get seriously hurt from it one of these days.

I don't blame coach k for that but what's ridiculous is the ref stopped the game twice to let duke get organized. Why doesn't every to team get protected like that?

The officiating crew doing this shows a lot of what basketball fans already thought.

Man, I like the sound of that a lot better, and especially to an unranked team.

I will still have to root for Duke against jurich's motley crew though.

I do have to admit that the flop y Winslow was epic, but at least he did not try to massage his jaw for several minutes afterwards. He didn't get the call and he moved on, but it was still pretty damn pathetic. Maybe in the postgame presser, K can tell the media that he doesn't teach his players how to play actual defense and has to resort to flopping.

On the other hand, for Poor Bo Ryan and the Badgers.... It's like Rodney Dangerfield getting no respect when you get upset and they're going to storm the court. Just go ahead and trample them. If there's no casualties, we're all cool !! Go Ahead !
