The message I'm getting from his portal movement and basically telling kids, leave bc your not good enough. He is saying he isn't a good enough coach to develop a great player. So if your not already the best don't come here!!

I don't like hearing about how he's making it hard to find a team for kids he clearly doesn't want. Otherwise tired of hearing about him.
Plus - he’s not sharing practice tape of his players that HE wanted to transfer with other coaches to help them. It’s a crap show and I am confident it will look that way on game days
I think it’s common to do for transfers - as the players were tweeting about it being an issue. I could definitely be wrong but reading the player’s tweets it seemed like it would be common to share film of them.
Youre wrong. Or actually they are wrong. It is not common practice.
This is not a defense of primes overall strategy which as Ive posted in other threads is way overboard and he will regret it.
Actually I’ve heard it’s not uncommon if the practice tape is from the previous regime. Especially if it’s a whole new coaching staff. But I’m not plugged in either so could be relaying faulty info. I don’t know I guess.

You're right. Lots of inside info in those films that most coaches aren't going to let out, but when it's a whole new regime, there's nothing meaningful in there (new playbook, new staff, and in this case, even a whole new roster). And it looks like sCUm came to their senses...
