Yes, the players we had thought would be our best simply wasn't the best last night, but others stepped up. Like a mature team.

Yeah, it would be sweet to have a can't miss bucket....but Pope's system is 'it ain't about you'...it's about everybody.

It’s really refreshing to watch this team. Pope did an outstanding job with adjustments. I haven’t felt this excited about watching basketball in a long time. Watching Cows team was a struggle.

Personally....I like it.

This is why a team is better than a player. Duke took out our best player and our best shooter but others as a team stepped up and made the plays. Cal always relied on a player. As you saw last night Duke relied on a really good player down the stretch and it was easily defended.
