Evidently our PGs sharing minutes hurt UK unlike every other position (as far as rewards/individual recognitions went). Screw them, we all know Andrew and Tyler are the best two PGs in the SEC and two of the best in the nation. They are a two headed monster that no team can slay.

Not sure Andrew's rejuvenation has been over half the season as much as last three weeks. I think he's our MVP of the moment, but I get why he would get overlooked for season awards.

Aaron shouldn't have made it. He hasn't had a good season.

Andrew has had some good games, especially in the 2nd half of the season & should've definitely made it over his brother if just between those 2.

Sort of agree. Aaron's been okay, but he's had some brutally bad shooting stretches. He's come up big a lot, too. Think it's just tough fitting UK into individual awards this year due to the minutes and sharing.

I agree that Aaron shouldn't have made it, but that means Andrew shouldn't have either.

Aaron is having the better season, even with his 3 pt struggles. Better offensive numbers + our best perimeter defender.

Andrew has been playing great lately so I hope this makes him mad enough to play like a All-American during the Sect & the NCAAT.

Both of the Harrisons have improved their shot selections in the last few weeks at least. Aaron Harrison has finally stopped settling for 3's and attacked the rim to have some better shooting games of late.

Aaron didn't exactly have a great season last year either, but damned if he didn't show up in the tourney. If we get that out of him again this year, I'll take it.

What it means is, Aaron probably hit a few crazy shots against the coaches voting and they STILL remember last year's NCAA's.

Quite frankly, neither probably deserves it based on stats alone. However, you need to spread the wealth with these things, because in-terms of leadership and importance, both (especially Andrew) probably deserves it in SEC play.

I just checked and Aaron is shooting 25/57 for 44% the last 6 games. He had a couple of clunkers at UT 1/7 and Arkansas 2/11, but other than that, he has been much more consistent. I am not going to mention the 3 point shooting because it is not good, but the above shows he can still shoot pretty well without making a lot of 3's.

surprised Aaron made it, would be more surprised had Andrew made it. Its a season honor, not the last 3 weeks honor or game highlights honor.

Right here ^^^

Seems like he's been kicking *** and taking names recently. Seems to really be playing efficient basketball lately. Hope he's just starting to reach his potential.
