I've always wondered why with all of the coaching experts on this board why these experts are wasting their time in whatever non-coaching job they have. Why aren't you coaching guys??

I don't have a problem with giving those 3 raises but it is ridiculous not to give Held an even much bigger raise. Don't understand what is going on with that.

Listen, I played football until the 9th grade and I want you to know that I was alternating 3rd string tight end, so my knowledge runs deep. Oh ya... and I got in on 2 actual plays that year. I quit the following year while my career was at it's peak!

So I'm qualified!
