I have never under stood why basketball staffs don't have OCs and DCs, someone up top in a press box type setting telling them what is really going on, a multiple person recruiting and a fanatical strength and condition person. CCC needs to clean house and delegate the everyday stuff out. Be an on hands CEO. Pass it on. It has to happen!
