I have never under stood why basketball staffs don't have OCs and DCs, someone up top in a press box type setting telling them what is really going on, a multiple person recruiting and a fanatical strength and condition person. CCC needs to clean house and delegate the everyday stuff out. Be an on hands CEO. Pass it on. It has to happen!

Like your idea of having someone up high. James is supposed to be a big guys coach. The rest , who knows.
