All-Star teams are selected by media and fan votes. You cannot possibly tell me that these hypothetical fans outside of Indiana know who the hell that Purdue kid is... Ever seen an ESPN headline about Carsen Edwards? (Who?) — Can you count to the amount of times you’ve seen RJ headline an ESPN article?

I’m a little surprised that Tre wasn’t selected in their hypothetical college all star game because I know if I was putting together an all star team then I’d want a point guard that can handle the ball and can pass the ball and has a high assist to turnover ratio. RJ being a reserve is crazy too.

Have you watched Ja Morant play? I’m not at all suggesting that he’s a Derrick Rose (pre-injury) resurrection, but in terms of speed and pure explosiveness... He’s operating on that level. Yes, I’m saying he’s FASTER than Wall and Westbrook. Of course he isn’t Zion’s size or weight but in terms of being from a different planet athletically and having an invisible extra step on his ladder, Ja lines up with Zion in that realm. It’s unbelieveable.

I dearly love our guy Tre and he’s one damn good pure playmaker... But if I’m leaving my Duke bias out of it, Ja gets the nod.
