Yeah I'm pretty sure his dad is Mike Schlegel. Sounds like another quality walk on with good blood lines. Love to see us get legacy recruits on the team even if they are walk ons

Walk-on or not, his Hudl film is genuinely impressive. According to his Hudl profile, he's also 210, and runs a 4.50 forty. A bit short for the inside linebacker position, but he looks like he has a frame to get up to 230 and maintain some outstanding speed for that position.

He has very quick feet and covers ground quickly. If he gains 20 pounds and keeps that quick first step, he can play in the SEC.

Kid is quick and reaction time is unreal. But what's up with the 3 circle hand signals. In my day if you did that somebody would poke them then punch the crap out of you. . . . Man I'm old.

^ FB would be a very good spot for him. With that said, while he may be a little short, he looks like he has some Jake Ganus type instincts/skills. Either way, he appears to be a pretty decent walkon. The walkon from Cincy Colerain looks pretty solid also.
