Combine: how'd Longa do?

i didn't get to watch but caught up on his stats. He gained good weight and performed just about average in all tests among fellow LBs.

Did anyone see him on tv and in drills? Curious to know what comments he was given on TV?

Since when is the highest number in the 3-Cone drill the best? He actually did the worst with 7.5 seconds.

You read it correct. It just shows you how bad some of the writers are. The writer had it wrong and obviously has no clue what the drill is.

I think Longa would have done better with one year spent under a real DC and a real S&C program. It's a shame. He is still a baller and will at least make it to a camp where hopefully he will show better.

Undrafted free agent.

Carrying to much weight at the drills. Looked stiff in his movements. Weighted 240 at combine. Wanted to show Pros that he could carry more weight. His agent should be fired for working out "this strategy".

Longa has -- what -- ten days to RU's Pro Day? How much weight can he lose to have a better Pro Day?

The headcoach does not have a huge impact on pro day. They are go do the same things they do at the combine.
