I wouldn't. I'd just hold hearings, get the truth out, and then... nothing. The Senate won't convict, so an impeachment is useless. Let the Dems wallow in their crap-filled bed.
Senate won't do anything, but it needs to be put on the books. Let it hang during the election.

I would also restructure the entire DOJ, DHS and FBI based on current problems. Actually the FBI has Damaged itself so badly with the American People it going to have to go away. There will have to be something to replace it.
Border Security
Gang Task Forces that specialize in going after the ones working with foreign actors.
Beef up I.C.E with ATF Agents. We don't need ATF as a stand alone agency.
Consolidate the DEA. We got more important **** to worry about than someone growing weed. Get them all working on fentanyl and **** that kills people.
Get the National Guard cleaning up cities and the homeless. Build tent cities. Get them clean and mental health services they need.
