PSU guy here, obviously. A few thoughts;

Every season as PSU fans we seem to identify guys we love as Hawk wrestlers. This year to me it's Gabe, Patrick, and Mikey.

Gabe has been through unbearable **** that he doesn't deserve. Last night he was outright robbed by a coward ref who was giving out b##w j#@s in a cowboy hat in Stillwater. If there's a god In Heaven Gabe stands on a podium in March.

Mikey schooled Lockett who frankly should have been stalled out.

Patrick is hard as nails and as we know Facundo can't take down a blow up doll unless it's freestyle.

I know it's been a tough season but we all know you guys will be back soon. Tom and Terry need to go. I don't even think you need to go outside the family, I think Morningstar will get you back level with us and DT in a year or 2.

I found myself rooting for you guys tonight probably because I think the pokes are getting a little high on themselves in year two with their rock star freshmen lighter with while we all know from 165 to 285 its either the Penn State JV unit or its a couple kids who haven't felt anything like theu will when they see Barr or Rocky or Bastida or Ghadali.

We hate each other but we respect each other, and Magic Man is mirroring Cael, but this doesn't feel right....Their jump to the top feels a little premature.

I know you’re not kidding about being a PSU fan when you suggest Star as the big name coach to out recruit you guys and Taylor. Everyone knows that would be the death penalty for Iowa. It would be like hiring Brian Ferentz to take our football to the top.

If Gabe could make 165, that his optimal weight for his height. Dude has done all that was asked of him this season. If he just pulled the trigger sooner in matches he'd have at least 2 more wins.

I have no problem with DT in year 2. It's exactly what Cael did to ISU. VT should have PSU looking over the other shoulder too. This sport is most exciting with parity, so let the battle of the billionaires commence!

Not quite exact. First he’d have had to replace Cael as head coach at PSU, then bail on them a couple years later for OSU.
