Yes, Johnson is ranked the #1 heavyweight wrestler in the nation by InterMat. It was very impressive that he is going to Yale. It shows he hits the books also. I am not sure if he is playing football and wrestling at Yale. If anyone knows, let me know.

Congrats to QB Norgle - Wake Forest!

In the burbs I live near no school gets kids from only one town. Just looked up Herscher looks like 8 towns feed into the HS.

HHS - Actually it's 10 starters out of 22 at Montini who dedicated themselves to a degree that afforded them the ability to have college coaches want them on their team. Who they played may or not have had anything to do with it. What does happen with teams like Montini is that dedicated student athletes from up to 30 mills away find an academic environment that not only allows them to excel in the classroom but also on the field of their choice. They don't care that they have to play schools 2-5 times their size. Winning my have helped these kids, but truly their off season work ethic had way more to do with their ability to get recruited.

I was fortunate that I wasn't drinking coffee when I read this or I would be buying a new computer.
