Theyre a media darling.
Duke has lost 2 of the last 3 to teams not currently in the tournament including one with a losing record.
No one is bludgeoning them like they did UofL when they lost to Clemson, GT.
The media desires a Final four of duke, kansas, unc , Michigan state and SuCkS. 4 of those 5.
At least jerry palm sees the garbage that uofk is. He has them as a #4 seed.
Last week had them as #5.

None of it matters and that's the beauty of college basketball. You get to prove all the talk, right or wrong on the basketball court.

This season this stuff won't mean a thing when the committee, gets together, there are no dominant teams, no dominnate conferences overall. Lots of mid majors in the top 25, they will be looking for big name teams to give the tournament some pop.
If Dayton gets a 1 seed, look for the kitties to be in that regional. Also look for a matchup like putting us against Xavier or something similar.
Could be, I just think this year with the overall game being so mediocre and no really dominant big name team, they will look to the big name teams to help carry ratings whether they deserve it or not. Take Duke, who really thinks they are deserving of a number one or two seed this year?? But I would not be willing to put money on them not getting at least a two seed.
