Having issues with FF (Firefox) on my laptop. A script keeps popping up which either slows down my activity or freezes the page. It's been going on for weeks, but the last several days it's multiple times per day.
Geek Squad has remotely accessed my computer the last 4 working days to fix the issue, but it pops up a few hours later and once again the very next day. Today, they told me this is a Java issue that FF is having a problem with. Basically, Geek Squad claims they can only temporarily fix the issue, it's up to FF to solve the problem they're having with Java.
Does this sound right? If not, is there a solution to get this fixed?
TIA
