They'll attack her competence as an unbiased observer of the Law because of her Religious convictions. It won't work because Biden's campaign is based in part on his Religious views (he's so much more moral to save the soul of our nation don't 'ya know) Make no mistake, this is all about abortion. Dems won't argue for infanticide, but they won't easily let her onto the court as the possible confirming vote that overturns Roe v Wade.
