I'm a big Giants fan and cant believe they passed on Josh Allen, but I'm happy to have Jones, hope he does well but I think he would have been available at 17
IDK, Redskins at 15 might have taken him. Either way, it means more money in Jones pocket so congrats to him.

Wanted White, would have been happy with Allen; like Jones, just not at #6.
It's amazing how pro sports work. He has never even made 3rd team all ACC but because he has all the pro tangibles and a great mind for the game (and has had a great last 3 months), he gets drafted high. It's all about potential in pro sports.
Dont get me wrong, I love the guy and hope he works out. I wish he had a offensive line and OBJ to throw to.

Yes...when you can get a stud defensive player at 6 when your defense is terrible and still get the QB you want at 17 more than likely.

I've seen a lot of highlights of Haskins. He always throws from a "clean pocket" with no defensive linemen in his area code! His receivers are always wide open and get this, catch everything he throws to them!
So I don't know how his statistics bear any relation to Jones', considering that Daniel rarely experienced any of the above, and when he did, he put up big numbers.

I wanted my Bengals to take Haskins. Personally, I would have preferred him over Jones. Regardless, we went boring like we do every year and took the guy everyone expected us too.
I hope the Bengals go 2-14 next year, all I care about is snagging Trevor Lawrence or Tua. Wake me up when Andy Dalton leaves Cincinnati.
Also.....anyone ever been to a game up in Buffalo?? The Bengals play there this season. My buddies and I plan on going, "Bills Mafia" is apparently a legendary tailgate. There are always videos of people jumping through tables, can't wait!
