I heard he already had an ACL injury coming into the game? When he got hurt I noticed he had a knee brace on.. If that's the case, he may be down for a while. Shame to get seriously hurt game one.
It is interesting to note that teams that become elite in any given season often benefit from an off-season pickup that changes the dynamic of the offense or defense. In the case of GBW picking up some other team's primary running option for the next two years. So basically you have your own stable of running backs that were developed in your program with the addition of a stud from another program. Instant success formula.
