I love everything about Buchanans defense. Of course his offense is obvious. Trials will be the changing of the guard by Buchanan hopefully. Desanto is close and thankfully he isn’t even close to his best yet.If we had 2-3 representatives on the team would be huge imo. We expect Lee to be the rep. But if ADS can get through the gauntlet at 61kg and Buchanan can win the spot over Kyle Snyder, that would be insane!
What does Pos meanuhh let me break it down for the "simple minds"
Let me TRY this. Lets look at POS ncaa Football. IF you had a TOP team(forget about a championship team many years in a row) you MIGHT expect to have MANY players moving on to the NEXT LEVEL(read PRO here)
Meaning, the players are real good, the coaching is real good etc..... In WRESTLING, our NEXT LEVEL is Worlds and Olympics. It is a LIFE LONG dream for many of the ELITE talent to some day reach.
OBVIOUSLY there are MANY factors involved. You have to have that UNREAL ability mostly to even think about hitting goals like WORLD/OYMPIC medalist- CHAMPION!!! Factors like, injuries, career, family might all come into play, but you WOULD expect, having SOOOOO many top kids for like 15 years now. The INTERNATIONAL MEDALS would be PILING UP!?!?!?
They are NOT and the reasons are very VERY clear(at least to those with more then 1/2 a brain!!!) why they are not!!! The gr8 Krailure BOUGHT IN what 4-5 international medalists to go with ALL the other talent and ONE, count it ONE Olympic gold and he(TAYLOR) left!!!
DeSanto is exceptional as is BUCHANAN but I would not call them the elite of the elite out of college and I would bet a cool MIL that NO one would have predicted these results!!! So GOOD on them and keep putting in the work and doing what "they say can't be done!!!"
In Low LYING swamp, you cheating POSs should all be fired for what you have done, and what you are doing!!!!!
OH, by the way. Just because YOU do NOT like the TRUTH. Does NOT change the TRUTH!!!!
Probably on steroids. I think. What does Pos mean
Point of Sale, obviouslyWhat does Pos mean
^ this all the people who are acting like the criticism over the past X number of years wasn't justified because of three really good results this week is stupid. Hopefully this is just the start of building. Also, HWC success this week isn't distracting me from ills of the collegiate program.I’ve been one that’s down on the HWC. I love the results from this tournament, but let’s not act like one good tournament and all the sudden are club is the cream of the crop. I’ve we can get at least 2 of those three on the next world team I’ll be tickled pink! With Dennis being a no show there hopefully it’s a sign that Terry is taking the club over after this season.
They displayed tonight all their skills.Great job making our club the best in the land and developing our own talent to do so, no hired help! BOOM
I agree our guys will be ready for march gonna be greatThey displayed tonight all their skills.
it means Piece Of Sheet!!!! The POS ncaa has F**CKed college sports up but for good!!!! The stats are ALARMING!!!! The COLLAPSE is all but here!!!What does Pos mean
Well they better be. They sure as hell weren't ready for January or February!I agree our guys will be ready for march gonna be great
we got them just where we want themWell they better be. They sure as hell weren't ready for January or February!
At this point you have to be a troll or a Brands.we got them just where we want them
Tom could make up the difference from his salary, but asking Tom to take a pay cut and bring in an up and coming future head coach to share coaching duties with doesn’t sound like something he would be interested in.Well I did and have, Sorenson is a pivotal part of the program that TnT head and run. He will always have a roll as long as TnT are at the helm. I also saw Ironside in the corner with him at Zergrab, which I thought was very cool. Terry and Sorenson heading the HWC ( I have not seen Dennis around) would be great allowing Tom room for the assistants that he needs to move the program forward, at the end of the day they all train together at times to help our guys and girls succeed.
could the HWC head coach pay enough to match Terry's salary is a good question. I wonder if this is even a conversation, because from the outside looking in it does make a whole lot of sense.
Interesting question so I also wanted to find out. Just using college teams and not RTCs:

The data reflects medals won at the Olympic, Senior World, U23 World, U20 World, and U17 World levels. Note that while some wrestlers like Thomas Gilman moved to the Nittany Lion Wrestling Club (NLWC) later in their careers, they are credited to their undergraduate institution (Iowa) for this comparison.

Key Takeaways
- The Medal Gap: Penn State alumni have earned 3x as many Gold medals (18 vs. 6) as Iowa alumni in this window.
- Historical Context: While Iowa had high representation early in the decade (Metcalf, Ramos, Dennis), they struggled to reach the podium. Penn State’s surge is driven by high-efficiency scoring from stars like David Taylor and the emergence of "Triple Crown" age-group champions like Luke Lilledahl.
- Spencer Lee's Impact: Lee remains Iowa's most successful international bridge, having won World titles in the 2015-2016 window before his 2024 Olympic Silver.

You got me Im BrandsAt this point you have to be a troll or a Brands.
He coaches full time at the Penn State RTC and the college team. I’ve been saying for awhile that he is a better coaching prospect than Nolf for Iowa. Nolf is a wizard definitely the more exciting of the 2 but Nolf did so many things that mere mortals can’t replicate. Zain was more dominant without the flash, hes the most punishing top wrestler in the past 20 years and punishing guys into submission from top used to be the Iowa way when I was growing up. He has more experience coaching and much better freestyle resume being a world champ and OlympianWhat's the Zane Train up to? Loved watching him, great rep for USA.

I did notice you referenced two things involving a moist substances cleaning things. A comfortable and pretty fitting job description from a guy who spends all year polishing the brands bros nut sack.
All your good, quipy comebacks must of ran down the crack of your mommas azz when you were born.
