He successfully jockeyed himself into being undrafted.

From being a pivotal offensive piece here and one of the SECs most electric receivers to being a forgotten man at Ole Miss to being undrafted.

Couldn’t happen to a better person.

Signed as a undrafted free agent by the Giants, actually not a bad match.

All programs are going to have stories like this in today's climate. Rocket had a good season for us, but it wasn't like his first 2 seasons at Arkansas and he went undrafted too.

Agree with the last point but, Wells would have been the star receiver in our offense last year and probably would have had a productive year. Who knows? How much money did he get by jumping to Warm Piss?

He might have just been the "tallest pygmy in the jungle" at Carolina so he looked good in comparison to the other receivers on the team. He sure couldn't break into the rotation much at OM.

I'm sure he got paid more to go to OM so good for him.

Wells pissed on the South Carolina team and fanbase in 2023. Definitely not "good for him."

He did what was best for him, he wasn't concerned about the team or the fans, that is the new normal in college football. All of these players jumping in the portal are pissing on their teams and fanbases. Very few players today are playing because of their love of the school or its fans and it is only going to get worse.

What he did was indeed "good for him".

Doesn't make it right. I can't pull for people like him to succeed....usually people like him don't.

I agree 100%. The new college football is hard for me to keep interest in. The whole thing is nothing more than "me, me, me, I, I, I, give, give, give". Unfortunately, Wells isn't the exception nowadays.
