I can't remember the last time a kid from JT West or Central got a FB offer from a Power 5 conference school. Who am I forgetting? Who was the last?

I hope that this is only the first of many offers for Trent.

Are there any other kids at the Joliet schools receiving offers?

Howlund is a beast, if they can get some protection for the QB and get a little passing game going, JW can make some noise next season. After the Oswego game, everyone just put 8 in the box on them.

What schools has he been offered by? Great accomplishment to get P5 offers

He's going to outgrow the position but is a great player regardless. Would make a heck of a linebacker with his quickness

Zanders (QB) around '94? Went to Wisconsin then transferred to Western IL. All-American there
