Let’s see how quickly um’s latest scandal (sign stealing; I think it’s the latest one) gets swept under the rug. The ncaa won’t dare penalize the defending national champion. Ethics and fair play don’t matter. hairball will probably get a nice, fat contract extension from um.

You can now proudly take your place on the wall of sham with East German women's Olympic teams, Sonny Liston's cornermen., the NE Cheatriots, and horse doping trainers everywhere. Well done.
Houston Astros? 1972 Russian Men's Basketball Team? The entire SouthEastern Conference? Diego Maradona and the Hand of God?

Michigan is the Lance Armstrong of College Football.

It was novel when people lied about cheating. They actually cared about preserving a clean image.

Now many flaunt cheating and dare anyone supposedly in authority to do something about it.

They won - they get to celebrate their Championship for the next 7.5 months. That's how it goes when you win, you get to enjoy it.

As for us - let's just get better for the next year. Ignore them for the next 7.5 months, focus on ourselves. That's all that matters until August 31st.

Michigan was caught cheating not once but twice this year. Never has a coach been suspended twice in the same year for NCAA Violations. I get letting the kids play out the season but if this championship isn't erased, then the NCAA will lose even more credibility and they don't have much to speak of in the first place these days.

Harbaugh should be a case study for all college programs. Instead of firing a horrendously underperforming coach after 6 years, just cut their salary in half and force them to to cheat their way to a championship. Much easier than paying a buyout.
Penn State FB Thoughts.

I didn’t know how to cut and paste from X.

Now THAT is why I love this Board. They are exactly that, the East German swimmers...

I would imagine if the NCAA tried to discipline UM the B1G would have such a hissy fit and start a poop storm the likes of never seen before. UM is the darling of B1G and BTN right now and will never change.

This is funny (and really, the Michigan sign stealing stuff is not the reason they won an NC or progressively got better):

An official from Alabama downplayed the gravity of the revelations made during the sign-stealing scandal surrounding the Michigan football program.

"Everyone — and I mean everyone — is stealing signs," the official said to Action Network's Brett McMurphy. "Michigan was not the only school doing this."

McMurphy noted an industry source added: "Kansas (basketball) cheats more than anyone, and they didn't do anything to Kansas. The only pure thing in college athletics is Vanderbilt, and Vanderbilt sucks."

Hail to the Cheaters.....put Jimmy in the HOF. Forced pay cut in order to save face/job and then talk about the SEC cheating only to take it up a whole new level.

It's getting hard to keep up with their underhanded BS. How many other HCs have been suspended 2x in one season. That says it all

No head coaches have the balls to publicly endorse revenue sharing with the players either. Well, one does. Hint, its the coach/school that the NCAA has been chasing like a rabid dog for the last 6 months. Only the lunatic fringe Michigan haters (i.e. you) don't look at this and see it for what it really is. Have a great day. By the way, winning the National Title gets more awesome every second even after the game ends

Michigan will be playing defense over this season for the rest of their lives.
Really, even the most outspoken at ESPN have completely backed off it. Guys at Fox love Harbaugh. The opposite of what you said is actually the truth

Hail to those MotherF@&$?ers
Hail to those ol’ C@&$Suckers
Hail, Hail to Michigan, the cesspool of the west.
The suckeye fans sing this with gusto

Wait, I thought it was "Us against the World" but now it's "we are the darlings of the media, and the world"? That's a pivot even Blake Corum wouldn't be capable of.

Not according to Charlie Baker, president of the NCAA. "Michigan won the national championship fair and square" Not what do you have to say?

PHOENIX -- NCAA president Charlie Baker said Michigan's football national championship was earned "fair and square," and that his organization's "unusual decision" to share information about cheating allegations during the season should help to eliminate doubts about the legitimacy of the Wolverines' title run.

They don't need one. Haven't you heard, they're above everyone else and are the self-proclaimed "Harvard of the Midwest."
Its a great thing for college football when the National Champion is also an elite academic institution with an APR of 987 and a team of outstanding selfless young men. The entire Big Ten should be proud actually
