Congrats to CICS Johnny Quest for winning their Conference the CPS Intra City 4.In doing so they did not win 1 game on the field but 2 by forfeit.In addition the other teams in their conference(John Hope,Hirsch,Kelvyn Park,Tilden) all forfeited their seasons.Crazy
