I think the #1 reason has to be the fact that immediately after your game you are thinking about Louisville. That is some incredible flattery right there.
But we know, beyond that, this is a mere defense mechanism in motion for yourself. Completely crap on your favorite team while they are down, if they lose to Louisville it's only because your favorite team is horrible, if they beat Louisville that makes things that much sweeter for you, as you've turned it into a win you don't see happening and it would also show just how horrible Louisville must be if they lost to horrible UK.
Louisville is 6-4, not 8-2 or 9-1. We appreciate you thinking about us but the game is far from gift wrapped.
