I keep hearing about showing all the waste in government is a constitutional crisis. Wouldn't a president, Congress and senate getting us so far in debt be a constitutional crisis?

The people claiming it is a constitutional crisis are the people benefitting from stealing our tax dollars.
This i know.
Musk can't do nothing but report his findings and it's up to Trump or another cabinet member to take action, am I wrong?
Correct he is an advisor to Trump. DOGE can disappear today and Musk can still be granted authority by Trump to review the finances of the agencies in the Executive Branch.
I predict the Congressional bureaucracy will balloon over the next decade.
