Oh yea that is very possible. They are good to go and probably won't need to win or tie to advance. Goal differential probably moves them on even if they lose to USA and Panama wins. They will watch the scoreboard for a while though.
If we had a country that gave a crap about soccer that bribe would probably already be finalized. Why should Uruguay play any of their starters against us anyway? Make it worth their while.
