Most conservatives realize the main stream media (Hollywood, tv networks, newspapers, magazines, cable (excluding Fox) and excluding talk radio) is biased, tilting left but not doing so consciously. I feel the media is corrupt and pushing a leftist agenda.

It is being reported by the Washington Free Beacon that the NY Times received a $100,000 donation from the Clinton's for the Times' charitable foundation in 2008. This is the same year the Times endorsed Hillary. Apparently, the editors at the Times were prepared to endorse Obama but the owner, Pinch Sulzberger, nixed that plan in favor of Hillary. The Times has not commented on this potential conflict.
The Beacon is not certain as to when the donation was received by the Times. Was it before the endorsement or after? If it was before, it stinks to high heaven and puts the media in bed with the politicians. Regardless, we are all being screwed by the elites in both parties and it is time to wake up.

Btw, the Times breathlessly reported over the weekend that Marco Rubio and his wife accumulated 17 traffic tickets over a 17 years period of time. Although their headline read 17 tickets by the Rubio's, we learned that his wife accumulated 13 of those. Marco got a ticket once every 4.5 years. We further learned that the Times recieved this critical information from an organization affiliated with the Clinton's. This passses for news?

I saw a story the other day about Hillary Clinton's private email server and how everyone wanted to look at the email messages on it. It wasn't a real flattering story. Then there was something about Bengazi and some articles about the Clinton foundation receiving contributions from questionable sources and there was another story....well, you get the idea...

The media has always been biased, if not outright corrupt. The only difference between now and 50 or 100 years ago and more is that in the old days newspapers didn't claim to be "fair and balanced" as the media do today -- they blatantly professed the political leanings of the owners & editors. Hell, when I was a boy the masthead of the Moorefield Examiner proclaimed itself to be "A Democratic Newspaper in a Democratic County." As for that thing about the 17 tickets, that's just much ado about nothing, a demonstration of how far some will reach to try to make news where none exists.

It's easier to dig up things on some people than others, sounds like your guy is squeaky clean so what's the problem?
