And they are right to in many instances. If you're 18 and can squeeze out an extra 100k or even 50k a year....that isn't a bad decision to make. Not every recruit is like that though and it just varies on the recruit and their families. I'm not sure saying going to Oregon means you don't care about winning as they win just as many as PSU and other top 10-15 programs.
