East Carteret Mariners are due to sail on down to the Corral for a Conference game. EC was behind 24-15 when their game with Croatan was suspended Friday night for weather. It will resume Monday.
Meanwhile in SouthWest the Stallions have been back at practice. I'll predict the Mariners are headed for a Shipwreck. Have no idea how it will play out. Like a new season so imagine there will be some rust to knock off. EC might be a little ahead of us as they will have a game under their belts.
With 2 loses and an outside chance of getting in 11 games this year at best we will be 9-1 goin into the playoffs. Probably a No, 1 seed but not getting seeded over Northeastern. Looking at a #2 for the playoffs. Should be good for a few home games in any case.
