Could JMI become more lenient on the NIL stuff?

I’m coping right now since it feels like we’re doomed. But if the JMI deal is so bad that pretty much all the recruits and agents refuse to sign with them, will they change it to become more lenient? If recruits and transfers don’t latch on (which they aren’t, not even top 100 guys are coming now), they won’t make any money, correct? Boosters aren’t going to fund an NIL that isn’t working.

I don’t know how else you get out of this situation that doesn’t end in a lawsuit at this point. Can this “deal” eventually change to become more like what recruits are seeing from other programs’ NILs?

Well we had to settle for 3rd choice at every position last year except for JQ, This year we have signed no one. Mitch still is making comments that all is well and nothing is wrong. He is gonna drive us into the ditch so far we won’t come back for years before he admits he made a mistake. As others have said, his goal was to make JMI and UK money. No other schools use the players NIL to make themselves money. He thought he could outsmart everyone probably and we would still get good enough players to finish middle of the pack. That’s good enough for him as long as everyone around him gets rich. It’s the American way now.
