If he's the top recruit in PA, he will sign with Penn State, Ohio State, or another of the power programs. WVU is not a destination for top recruits.

WV may not be a destination for 5 star recruits but that doesn't mean we should shy away from a feller like .................whoever that young feller in PA is. Warez
