Dude, 15 years ago was our spring break in the keys - one of my favorite memories.

25-year-old me would whip 40-year-old me’s ***. At 25, I had high metabolism, a physically demanding warehouse job and an angry streak. At 40, I’m fat, work a desk job and am no longer filled with piss and vinegar.

However old you are? Subtract 15 years and answer. Could you kick your own *** right now if you were fighting yourself from 15 years ago?

Confusing question- I'm about to be 40...I'm pretty sure I'd wipe the slate clean with my 25 year old version.

I was too wimpy win I was younger.
Well I'd be 20 and that 20 year old would beat me to death. To many injuries, especially the TBI'S mean I'd probably go down quick with a hit to the head. I beat a drug dealers face in when he sold my sister fentanyl that almost killed her when I was 32 and got an assault charge that was later dismissed. But that dude didn't have time to react or see me coming. I would try my best not to get in a fight because it's going to end badly either way, I'm not that good a fighter either. I'll throw down if I have too though. That's good you feel tougher now. I just feel crazier.

We certainly go through different stages in life, reach a peak and go down hill. No one gets out of this world alive. When I was in my early 20's I was a Drill Sgt in the U.S. Army and was trained to kick ***. Then in my 30's and 40's I maintained an edge. In my mid 50's I noticed I was losing a step and this carried over to my 60's At that point I realized I may need a little help so my knife got longer and sharper and I spent more time on the range practicing my "shot". Now in my 70's I have grown to understand what my grandpa told me when I was a young boy full of vinegar. He said, "don't mess with an old man, he will kill you".

To answer the question no, I can not handle myself of 15 years ago because I am on the downward slide of life. Which makes me much more dangerous.

Yep, I'm in way better shape than I was then. It would be no contest. 39 vs 24

I'm 30, so not only could I beat up my 15-year-old self, it would do both of us a lot of good if I had the opportunity.
