I really don't care about the fools that continue to deny science and doctors until their lungs are liquifying. Then go running to the same people crying for help to breathe. They are F'ing idiots. They should just stay home, avoid science, keep ignoring doctors and chug Ivermectin and/or bleach.
I'm concerned for the healthcare workers who are exhausted. I am concerned about those who end up in these hospitals thru no fault of their own but are not going to get the care they need because of the
Trumpanzees clogging up the system.

What about the ”Covidiots” that have had COVID, I guess you don’t follow the science that natural immunity is as good if not better than your vaccine? Get off your high horse. As mentioned previously do some research outside of a filtered Google search or listening to CNN. You may open your eyes to a whole new way of thinking.
There is very little natural immunity to a virus that is constantly mutating. That is why vaccine boosters are necessary.
Here's what makes zero sense on top of that....If you think your immune system is so great and are sure it will keep you safe from the hospital, then why do you think it can't handle a worthless vaccine given by doctors???
The Covidiots are devoid of all logic.

Vaccine mandate of course in NYC even for kids. Vaccines that work so good you have to follow it with mask theater.

Lol that's ok. Pharma said a 4th shot is likely warranted now. So you'll all be safe. Just keep taking shots wearing masks while cases continue to follow seasonality no matter what.

Looking like this virus is here to stay unfortunately. Time to make the shift from Pandemic to Endemic.
Vaccines and masks may be a part of the yearly Covid season. That is going to suck if so. I'm definitely more of a fan of the vax than the mask. Vax is easy, free, and proving it's worth in all clinical trials.
Masks are almost worthless in restaurants, theaters, concerts, or any indoor setting that serves food/drink. Wearing it till your food/drink gets there is goofy unless you are following strict social distancing protocols.

I agree. If they want to make all those recommendations that's fine. Just no mandates. I support the right of everyone to do whatever they think is needed to protect themselves. I just want the same respect

If it’s here forever, which I agree is likely, then why mask? Everyone will get it eventually no matter how many vax or masks are out there so why make everyone miserable?

Absolutely not accurate. There is no reason to believe it will be here ongoing in any capacity where masking, boosters, etc..continue to be required. It is already mutating into a much weaker variant like many other virus in history. Even Ebola reduced it’s toxicity significantly over multiple generations (of the virus, not of the host). So is it possible that it will stick around and continue to be a deadly as it has been, yes there is a chance. Is it likely, not at all. Again, do some research before you start to spew ignorance.

Well it’s $4.25 for regular and $5 for premium here, so…
Premium was $3.09 today at Costco and $3.35 down the street. I don't even need it but I bought it anyway becuase it was cheap and good for the truck's fuel system.

*$2.99 after looking at my receipt again. 😋

Ignorance is having no idea how ignorant you are. Neither you nor I know what Covid will do over time. I do know that.

I hate masking too. That said, it may still serve a purpose in some highly crowded settings that don't involve having to take them off to eat or drink.
At this point though....only die hard fools don't see the benefit to vaccines.

Following the science and understanding it are not the same thing.

This is the only thing you need to know, need to see... cut at 2015 - it's worse than this now.

95% of COVID related hospitlizations have comorbidties such as diabetes and heart disease, which is an anavoidable and inevitable consequence of time and htis graph.

"OMGZ DARWIN LOLZ Y'ALL!" is right actually, but not for the reasons you think... man has created a vaccine to preserve you for a little while longer, circumventing natural selection's thinning of the herd, for now. You NEED to take your health into your own hands by eating better and getting some exercise and vitamin D, not forcing the young and healthy to take an experimental (yes, it's an experiment) vaccine to placate your fears and neuroticism.

Nevermind upending foundational AMerican values we all agreed upon yesterday.

You are mixing knowledge acquisition, science, paranoia and conspiracy theories. That's like putting mustard, ketchup and wasabi on a ribeye. It doesn't work.
Stick to the science and what the health care professionals are saying only.

Science!

You're listening to the wrong "experts"

What a crock of **** article. States early on that they are “nearing capacity”…..well, hospitals are designed to work at or near capacity especially this time of year. Always have. They are a business. Not sure I’ve ever seen a hospital begging to have half capacity lols.

Pretty clear from the article that those hospitals are short on labor hence the reason the Guard was called in. That may be, and they need to figure out their labor problems which =/= red state mouth breather problem.

Yikes….post better.

Sammy, if you think I'm wearing a mask on a seasonal basis, you had best think again. Not happening. Whoever heard of wearing a mask! Silliest thing I've ever heard of.

Also- lose some pounds and you won't need to be so worried about this crap.

LOL, I don't think those stats say what you THINK they say. I also think you should re-read my original post.
I have given up on providing actual facts to this imbecile. He and all of the other sheep like to regurgitate what they hear from our fearless leaders. You know, the ones that are making a ton of money from these drug companies by making everyone take multiple vaccines. The guy that actually helped develop the mRNA technology even says to stay away from it. Not sure who exactly to trust, him or Bill Gates.

Don't believe in global warming? Take a look at Mayfield Ky. this morning. Potentially an EF 5 tornado, miles wide, on the ground over 200 miles in f'ing December....I'm almost 60 and NEVER seen anything like this in December before. Btw... supposed to be 70 degrees later this week. Scientists are right about Covid and climate change folks.
Prayers for anyone effected by this God awful weather event.

That was my point. You can't acquire immunity if you are dead.
So ignorant. I suppose the natural immune system just shut off for this virus versus pretty much every other virus in history. Per studies out of Israel ”those with natural immunity had a 10.5 per 100,000 infection rate four to six months following their recovery, versus a 69.2 per 100,000 rate among the vaccinated.” Studies also show that although antibodies wane over time the T cells did show memory response which is critical to longer term immunity.

You won’t find it easily on Google because they filter everything but keep feeding into the machine.
