You guys need to get premium so you can hear other people who don't know anything give their opinions. Come on guys...don't you know their opinions and guesses are more valid than those of the non-paying members? As the AD said, you're going to hear rumors. Believe none of them. I don't need premium. I can wait until the announcement and get the actual truth, not some guess.

I had premium on both sites for a time. I didn't find the information there to be that much better in some cases (like this one). Everyone hears things I guess. I can wait. But it's fun to guess.
That's not necessarily true. There are some names we have on the list that may want to wait alittle while before breaking it to their current teams. If we decided on someone it doesnt automatically mean that its Cristobal..
Yeah, but we say our opinions in really nice ways, using such expressions as "unconfirmed rumors" rather than "confirmed rumors." It's not unlike wine connoisseurship--we split hairs in creative ways, and at the end of the day the bottle is still empty. So there.
I'm amazed by how many people assume everything they read here or on NJ.com is true.

Nope. There are no declarations of the sort. And no there isn't anyone ruling out Golden or Cristobal or Ash level hire either. However, the OP in this thread is just talking out of his ***.
I was the same way. Its just more spin. Back in 2014 when every recruit left they said oh flood had no time with these kids (even though he's been with the program forever) and that he was "in really good" with the 2016 class. The 500 people with premium would be better off donating what they pay for an annual subscription to the AD department. Thats ~$45,000 a year or whatever it costs now to get info with positive spin.
Maybe I"m missing something, but why would the number of posts in the thread or the number of likes it's received make it any more credible? Does John talk to Hobbs? If so, did Hobbs really tell him something he's not telling anyone else? I lost faith years ago when I was hearing Hafley rumors that were completely made up. Pretty sure I'm the only one who knows Jeff personally, but that didn't stop people (even on Premium, gasp!) from making things up.

I don't have premium and don't have any connections, but here's my contribution: someone's preparing to put together a staff. At the Cranford state championship game last night there was talk about a local coach who was offered a position on our staff. Not sure what that means. Someone who interviewed may just be putting out feelers.
