Via my work at CSN Chicago here are 5 teams who won in Week 1 who could be in the early stages of being in it for the longer haul.

The Hillcrest bandwagon will only be ready for boarding after we see the result against Lemont in Week 3. Also, let's see how Morgan Park (who Hillcrest beat in Week 1, 52-0) fares against Chicago Curie in Week 3. Lastly, the 4-5 and 8-3 records by Hillcrest the last 2 seasons did not feature wins over a single team with a winning record. Nice improvement over there since a string of winless campaigns, but let's not go overboard too soon.

I agree 100 percent but just seeing one of the better CPL programs historically (and I know how CPL landscape can and will change in a heartbeat) was a bit shocking and deservng of at least a mention...
