sorry, I have been side tracked for awhile.
I am preparing my hockey team for a tournament in Canada 7/15 - 7/18.
while simultaneously preparing for our (southwest ball hockey) summer session to begin 7/6.
will be back soon.
mc140, did you attend the Richards 7 on 7? how did they look?
their first 3 games this season will be a very good measuring stick for the dogz.
going to see a ton of speed and lemont/phillips going to have some very big athletic linemen. and moore has the cards always prepared.
just from last years takeaways, dogz, rams, cards, I would look for a resurgence in the stros this year also. not sure what happened to the mustangs but 3 coaches in 3years has pushed them backwards. Hartman kept kids in the program and knew what to do with the talent, and then saw a slide, now not sure where they go from here. argo/oaklawn is always hit or miss and as always depends on the turnout. was hearing low numbers again but have not followed up as of yet.
as you well know, it is hard to keep the kids in these programs especially with very good private schools just around the corners, so in the red it usually is a 3or4 year burst and then a slide and some only see a 2year burst and then a big slide.
