As I have said in other threads....I overreact A LOT to Nebraska football results...but I was never more pissed off after a loss than I was today. I have a headache from all of my swearing.
Really, convince that there aren't several guys on this team deliberately trying to lose. What other explanation is there for Nebraska losing this game?
This one was the worst, but I won't say it's rock bottom, because there are 6 games left and Ohio State hasn't punted against Nebraska since 2012.

Not according to the official stats from the game. Maybe OSU punted and Nebraska had a penalty that resulted in an OSU first down? That would make perfect sense.
I'm just waiting for Bud to beat some Benevidaz ***.
The thought has crossed my mind as well. I know it isn't, but it really is amazing how consistently they screw up at the worst possible moments.
This is a rough one for me. Truly gut-wrenching loss. I know that we lack depth on the defense, but I expected far better than this 6 games into the season. I’m trying my best not to judge whether certain coaches on this staff can handle the B1G (being year 1), but this one is tough. I’m tired of losing. I get watching with with the intent of seeing improvement every week, but it does not make losing easier to me. The penalties are just maddening. Did Foster seriously have to 2 penalties in our first 3 offensive snaps?
This loss really took a lot out of me. Was hopeful for a 5-7 season. What’s even more frustrating is that we should have 4 wins this year. This year will set us back another year in the process and that’s due to recruiting. It won’t affect the 2019 class but 2020 is taking notice.

Yeah. This one is hitting me hard too. I had to watch my emotion b/c my toddler daughter had her eyes on me and I didn’t want her to see me projecting what I was feeling lol. The lack of improvement of the defensive side is just driving me crazy. Today Frost made mention in his presser that we need a pass rush. Well, we’ve needed this pass rush since Troy. Saw a little improvement on that today I guess with some of the safety blitzing, but just not enough...and we’re 6 games in.

I knew that a 10 point lead was not enough with this defense. What hurts the most is I knew we were going to choke when we pinned them on the one (with no timeouts!!!!!!!). Just knew it.
I picked bitter. Bitter Osborne backdoored a national coaching search when he retired, bitter Pederson hired Callahan, bitter Callahan didn't fire Cosgrove, bitter about no national coach search part 2, bitter Perlman hired someone as incompetent as Eichorst, bitter there was no national coaching search part 3, bitter Riley didn't care, bitter Frost and his staff apparently don't know what the hell they are doing.
If I could have bet that they would have lost the game at that point...I would have. Every Husker fan knew!

this game was the worst example of coaching and team management I think we have seen this year. However,this loss is not on the players. Yeah they made some mistakes ...continually doing that. But they played well enough to win. The Play calling by record setting coach Scott Frost (0-6) is what lost this game today......he accuses the players of not knowing how to win when actually he doesn't know how to win either.
