Area out there continues to grow. Union County has a nice set up with their middle school feeders. This is a job with potential.

Cuthbertson is on the rise, hopefully someone can step in and keep them going
What makes you think that they are on the rise? I don’t think that they have finished any higher than 3rd or 4th in the conference and when was their last season with a winning record?

I don’t see this as a good job for football coaches. They have no shot at winning at a high level and the pay is terrible.

I see them probably hiring another young coach with no prior head coaching experience and maybe not any coordinating experience like they did the last time.

Their rising 8th grade middle school has also never scored a TD to my knowledge. In both 6th and 7th grade seasons I believe they went 0-for and were shutout of the endzone as well. Could be wrong on that, but they looked to be the bottom of the barrel in that UC league MS wise.

2018 3-8
2019 5-7
Fall 20 (Spring 21) 2-4
Fall 21 6-7 with 2 playoff wins

Minus the COVID spring season, they have gotten better each year. That's a rise in my book

Everyone dealt with the COVID season, so I don’t think that you can just throw that out.

Their playoff draw was very fortunate for them. Had they finished higher in their conference, they actually would have drawn a more difficult opponent. They did win 2 games though.

I just don’t see them as a team on the rise and don’t see this as a good job for a coach.

I have always thought that Cutty has the potential to win now they may only win 4-6 game but that better then what they have done. I like their gritty style and they do have some talent so I dont know what the "real issue" is on why or why not they dont do better but I think they need hire a solid experience coach to make a solid foundation there

The issue is the AD, and I will leave it at that.
