There will be strong loyalties to coach minor. Good guy that can really coach. Just not much you can do bout injuries. Patton and maybe West Caldwell lose a couple or a few to them. Who knows Draughn might have a guy or 2 as well. Can’t say they won’t be kids on board with Adkins that’d roll in from other schools to get seen espacially if it starts working out but not sure it’d all happen in one season. Is this a Tom Knotts kinda guy? Knotts was good but kids moving in from other schools to play for him made him shine the moreJ.k. Draughn roster had players that were suppose to be at Freedom not to worried about EB losing players to Freedom Draughn try to get a couple of EB players to transfer this pass season but thank goodness parents call their bluff!!
Draughn may be in a drought for 2 or 3 years in the win column. Too much gone to graduation this year. It happens. A LOT gone from EB this year but we do have kids stepping up from an improve as they go JV team that got better as the season went. Hungry kids ready to grow and play. Said it before, ain’t predicting anything cause you seen what happened when we fans done that this year.
You are right no predicting this year. I think with Vue at QB as a Jr we can open up the offence a little more this year. This offence has had a 2000-yard passer back at Princeton and a 1000-yard passer at Foard just not at EB. You have to have the right players in place to run some of the play's fans want us to run!! Love all the want to be play callers sometimes we have in the stand!!

East Burke gotta learn to defend the deep pass and tackling athletes before we get into contender talk
Long way to go before contender talk but seems best chance for them if that was to ever happen is this year. I said that bout this past season too yet nobody plans for that many injuries to key players. I mean really not THAT many key players. You know we were hurting when players was running the ball that wasn’t even on the depth chart or gong out for a pass that prob wasn’t on that depth chart either lol
I think with a few breaks y'all could be middle of conference next year. Especially if west Lincoln running back leaves, they also graduated all their starting line. So could be a downturn for them. Bunker Hill is a playoff team as long as Willis is there. I think lincolnton will be decent losing 70% of offense production with QB graduating. I figure bandy's will be same as last year. Newton will be a mystery until we see how coach runs the program.

I don't really see it hurting West Lincoln at all they have a program that is built tailored for their certain set of skills and abilities that doesn't really work anywhere else. Lincolnton has more pure athletes and I could see them coming after them
Byus is not starting this program to look bad or lose he's going to be like at east Lincoln do whatever to win.
Maybe they will, maybe they will not. Does not mean that the players will go. Geographically it does not make sense for kids in Lincolnton as that is a 30 minute car ride and a good majority will not have the means to make the trip daily. As I stated before, LC will have more of an impact on East Lincoln and North Lincoln. One should expect them to target kids in the Sherrills Ford area as well.

So which school houses athletics ?? They have 2 locations one in proper Lincolnton and one in Denver ?? If it's one in Denver yeah could be an option to help overcrowding at bandy's also
AMD, Don't know if you've been by Lincoln Charter (Lincolnton campus), lately, but the facility looks like it has grown more every time I go by. Originally, there were a couple of metal buildings and a mobile unit, but now it's much bigger.
Ten or fifteen years ago you would see a couple of their busses come through town going to and from the Denver campus... Driving by it the other day I noticed there were a long line of them.

We better hope they aren't overcrowded. Out of that overcrowded crowd comes athletes.
Denver campus. There is also talk of another charter being built on the east end to help with overcrowding at LC.

We planned to eat at Vittles before the game but it was closed. We ended up over at Goodwood Pizzeria. I was floored at how good that pizza was.
I’m one of those who believe pizza is all the same no matter where you go….but I was wrong….Goodwood has it going on!
