I would have questions about validity of the map though. The reason being, its very easy to mask your IP address if one wanted to. You can make it appear as though you are in China with a few clicks.
There's a spot off the west coast of Africa that gets bombarded. if you look at a map there isn't anything there. So, after a few Google questions I found this from Wikipedia.
