I have been watching UK football since the very early 80s and I know there are guys who have been watching a lot longer than that on this board. I have seen some absolutely putrid defenses during that time (and a few decent ones, very few). I honestly have never seen anything this bad. They are cosmically (or comically) bad! Utterly embarrassing!
