Managing his staff is something he does as well as anyone. Sure he has made a bad hire here and there, but he does not hesitate to move on. Of course right now I’m sure it is easier to sell them than it is for Beamer to.
I would hope that Beamer makes the changes he makes soon. Maybe he is playing the wait until after the early signing period play.

Beamer is behind already, they still have a bowl game to play and he's already making changes
I guess that prompts the question, who do we think Beamer fires if anyone? The defense had a string of poor performances but seemed to get better as the year progressed. I don't see a change at the coordinator position. O line continues to be a mess. I would have been ready to fire Teasley at half time of the UNC game, but then against UGA they looked great for the most part. All the injuries makes it hard to grade. Btw did I see Adkins on the sidelines Saturday?? I haven't paid close enough attention this year to really know..
Most Clemson fans I know are saying Hall was more of a mutual agreement for departure, as he has a new job. DE was not their major problem at all, so it makes sense, but time will tell.
I believe Grisham has two WR studs committed this year. Only makes sense for him to stay one more year. Dabo playing Chess
